Fernando I. Andrade is a Peacemaker/Mediator/ Negotiator/Arbitrator/Public Speaker.
He is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute and Resolution (GODR) and specializes in Family Mediation and Domestic Violence. He is trained in the Abduction of Children Across the Border by their parents (CBFM) and is certified by MiKK.org. He is a certified Human Rights Consultant by the U.S Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR). He is a member of Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI), National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM), United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA), and MiKK. He is a MiKK's Ambassador for the East of the United States as well as an ambassador in the United States and Chile for the International Association of Mediators & Poly-Experts (IAMPE).
He has participated in training programs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Germany. He has provided training and public speaking in Chile, Panama, Mexico, and Nebraska on conflict resolution, ethics, biases, and peacemaking.
Fernando has dedicated his life to helping others through his work. His vision is to help the community understand our society's rules and regulations through advocacy, information, and education, promoting peacebuilding and conflict resolution, and finding a resolution to differences that affect us in our daily activities. He aims to achieve this by founding the International Peacemakers and Community Mediation Center, a not-for-profit organization. (IPCMC.org).
